During the joyful days of Eid Al-Fitr, Al-Amal Society for Women and Child carried out vibrant psychosocial support (PSS) activities for orphaned children in displacement camps across northern Gaza, turning moments of hardship into spaces of joy and relief.
The celebrations were filled with laughter, as children engaged in interactive games, group activities, and creative play designed to uplift their spirits. Colorful clown bands moved among them, performing cheerful Eid songs that echoed through the camps and brought smiles to every corner.
Alongside the activities, Al-Amal ensured that every child experienced the fullness of Eid through the distribution of toys, sweets, and small gifts, in addition to complete meals of rice and meat, dates, desserts, and clean water bottles.
More than a celebration, these moments reflected Al-Amal’s deep commitment to restoring a sense of childhood, dignity, and emotional well-being; reminding every child that even in displacement, joy can still be found.
