In the midst of ongoing hardship and displacement, Al Amal Training Association for Women, Child, and Handicapped, carried out a winter relief initiative to support families living in displacement camps across the northern Gaza Strip.
As part of this response, more than 1,000 winter blankets were distributed to displaced families facing severe cold conditions, aiming to provide warmth, comfort, and a sense of care during one of the most difficult winters Gaza has endured amid the ongoing war.
This intervention focused on reaching the most vulnerable households, particularly families with children living in overcrowded and under-resourced displacement camps. While a blanket may seem simple, for many families it represents protection from the cold and a reminder that they are not alone.
Al Amal remains committed to standing alongside displaced communities, responding to urgent humanitarian needs, and delivering assistance that upholds dignity and compassion during times of crisis.
