In the middle of the ongoing war and the harsh humanitarian reality in the north of the Gaza Strip, Al-Amal Society for Women and Child continues to stand beside displaced families by providing daily hot meals to those who need them most.
Every day, the Society’s teams cook and prepare thousands of hot meals containing meat, working under extremely difficult conditions to ensure that families in displacement camps receive a nourishing meal. These meals are distributed directly to displaced people who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to basic food supplies.
For many families, a warm meal is more than nourishment; it is a moment of comfort, dignity, and reassurance that they are not alone. The smell of freshly cooked food and the simple act of sharing a meal offer a sense of humanity amid fear and uncertainty.
Despite the challenges of operating during wartime in northern Gaza, Al-Amal Society remains committed to easing hunger, supporting resilience, and delivering hope; one warm meal at a time.
